Pharmaceutical miniature folded leaflets are folded on specialist machines that allow paper to be folded to a minute size. Multiple folds can be done in both directions down to tiny finished leaflets, booklets or instructions, mainly for use within packaging.
We can fold up to 6 cross folds, 6 vertical folds, or 12 inline folds. Leaflets can be folded as small as 18x18mm on paper weight as low as 40/50gsm.
Often used for instructions, leaflets and booklets in the format of a z-fold, concertina fold, double parallel fold or roll fold. Please see examples below.
